The area has a marked tourist vocation, both for the immediate proximity of characteristic places of the Calabrian tourism, and for the beauty of the coastal landscape. The project involves the construction of a tourist-accommodation structure characterized by the versatility of accommodation possibilities offered to tourists. In particular, in order to meet the different needs of holiday for both families and young people, the structure offers accommodation in small modules surrounded by greenery with panoramic sea views.
